Delivery

Makeup Direct uses Post Haste Couriers (www.posthaste.co.nz/tracktrace.html#ABarCode) for all of its national deliveries. We aim to have your parcel delivered to you within 3-5 days from the date of your confirmed purchase. If you have not received your parcel within 3-5 days you may contact us on 09 832 2210 or email sales@makeupdirect.co.nz. We will track and trace your parcel and endeavour to do our best to get your parcel delivered to you as soon as possible. Makeup Direct will not be responsible or liable for any lost or missing parcels during transit. For all national deliveries the cost of each parcel is $5.00 (for all purchases $40 and over, delivery is FREE). 


All orders require a signature on delivery. Please ensure that there is someone to accept delivery during working hours. Should our courier be unable to deliver, a card will be left to inform the recipient how they can collect their parcel or arrange re-delivery. It then becomes the recipient's responsibility to contact the relevant delivery company to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. If no contact is made, re-delivery may be attempted without further contact with the recipient. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available, or if goods become unsuitable as a result of non-delivery. It is therefore recommended that your package be sent to a work address if possible.

Post Haste Couriers do not deliver to PO addresses. Makeup Direct will deliver to the address as you enter it and can not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect.

Deliveries will be made to the address that you have selected. In the event that you select a business address, Make Up Direct shall be deemed to have delivered the product to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area at the business address and receiving from a duly authorised representative at the business address a signed receipt of delivery.


Please Note: For Rural Deliveries, please allow an extra day for delivery.

For all deliveries to Australia Makeup Direct will use NZ Post, the cost of each parcel is $15. All parcels will be sent by airmail. We aim to have your parcel delivered to you within 3-10 days from the date of your confirmed purchase. If you have not received your parcel within 3-10 days you may contact us on 09 832 2210 or email sales@makeupdirect.co.nz. We will do our best to get your parcel delivered to you as soon as possible. Makeup Direct will not be responsible or liable for any lost or missing parcels during transit. For all international deliveries the cost of each parcel is $15.00.

International duties and taxes

All taxes and duties, which may be levied by the government in the country you reside, are your responsibility. These differ considerably from country to country so if you are concerned we recommend you contact your local revenue office. In cases of faulty or damaged products or if we have sent you the wrong product we will refund any taxes and duties incurred, where a receipt is provided. We do not refund any taxes or duties on exchanges not relating to faulty or damaged products or products.

Returns/Refunds

All returns or refunds must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt. We guarantee money back refund without question (on internet orders only) if you are dissatisfied in any way. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received. Returned items will be refunded using the same method used to make payment for the original order. Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and will be credited using the same method used to pay for the order.

We will be able to advise you of where to send and how to arrange the refund.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and paid for there is no cancellation on the product.

Quality of Products

All products sold on www.makeupdirect.co.nz are 100% genuine. There are NO imitations, fakes, knock offs, or damaged goods.

Price

All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars on the website and in any other correspondence. Prices shown in any other currency are approximate only, and are subject to change. Prices may be adjusted for any reason, and may vary at any time.

Colour

Makeup Direct displays products, however colours displayed on a screen vary and may not represent the exact colours in reality. Makeup Direct is not responsible or liable for any liability or loss incurred through the colours of the website not matching reality. However, we will exchange the product with 14 days if when you receive it, you do not feel the colour is the correct one for you – please see our 14 day money back guarantee details at the top of the page. It is important to note that we can only exchange or refund products that have NOT been used and are in their original packaging with the seal still intact (where applicable).

Privacy Policy

Any information provided by the customer in any context will NEVER be on sold or given to any 3rd party under any circumstance. Customer privacy is of utmost importance to us at Makeup Direct.

Consumer Guarantee

All purchases form this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are considered faulty, for either repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within a reasonable period of time as defined by Act.
